      Program Rate - 7 Days - Warrior II - $6900.00

 

We provide local transportation and we sometimes can negotiate a preferred rates

at local hotels. There are nearby Air BnB's that have been used by our clients in Garner, Smithfield, and Clayton, NC.  Just let us know if you have a preferred hotel chain.  A $750.00 deposit is required to secure your spot in our accelerated program. Your deposit is refundable until 30 days prior to your arrival date, but will still be applied towards your training if you need to re-schedule. You won't lose your deposit unless you're a no-show for training without at least a two-weeks notice, as long as you re-schedule within one a year.  

 

 

Use your IFR Equipped plane and pay $4500.00*

If you have a suitably equipped airplane, I recommend that you to learn how to best manage IFR while flying in your own airplane.

 

We have trainined pilots in:

Cessna 172, 177, 182, 206 aircraft incl. RGs

Piper PA-28 and PA-32 aircraft incl. RGs

Bonanza Models 33-35-36

Cirrus SR-22 aircraft

Columbia 400 aircraft

Mooney M20 series aircraft

 

We have trained pilots with:

Conventional (Legacy) avionics from the

King KLN and Garmin GNS and GTN series GPS

Garmin G500 / G1000 and Perspective avionics

Avidyne IFD 540 series GPS

 

OUR WARRIOR II (The Duck) WAS RECENTLY OVERHAULED (9/20) AND IS EQUIPPED WITH THE GARMIN GNS 430W, GARMIN G5 PFD, KX-155 (NAV-2), KT-74 TRANSPONDER (ADS-B OUT), CENTURY IIB AUTOPILOT AND GDL-39/3D FOR ADS-B IN

 

Compare our program to others that charge thousands more (up to $14,500 at the local self-described "Premiere" flight school) to train you in their plane. Other schools will train you for thousands more in your own plane, burning your fuel while you pay their expenses.  Our price is complete, except for your accomodations and food.  The only other expense is the FAA examiner's fee of  $650-$750 on the day of your checkride.  In the the case of the local school, we can train you in 7 days instead of 10 and for far less money.

NEW IN 2021 - Commercial Add-On Training

If you want to add-on your commercial Certificate we may be able to help

Requirements:  Commercial Written Passed, 250 hours at time of Checkride(s)

10 hours of dual training in a "complex airplane (RG or TAA)

 

Commercial Add-On takes about 3 days for an additional $1800.00

The "Duck's" panel since 2017:  Garmin G5 Primary Flight Display linked to 430W plus the full conventional six-pack of primary flight instruments.    ADS-B "OUT" with a Bendix-King KT-74 Transponder, ADS-B "IN" with Full Traffic and Weather using a Garmin GDL-39-3D displayed on a panel-mounted IPAD Mini MFD running the Garmin Pilot App.  The airplane has a basic Century IIB autopilot with heading and lateral CDI tracking capability.  Garmin G5 HSI and Garmin 760 MFD interfaced with the 430W are slated for late 2020 early 2021.
